Sylvan Learning, a leading provider of online tutoring and supplemental education services, is currently seeking Home based Support Center Associate.
As Virtual Sylvian Support Center Agent you will be resolving customers' problem, both through phone and emails efficiently and in a timely manner. You will be recording inquiries in their online database for Quality Assurance Reviews.
You must have accurate documentation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer support ability. 1+ year of customer care experience is required and should be able to work independently. This is a part time remote position.
