Work from Home Customer Service Representative : Nespresso, Nestle

 Nespresso, Nestle's high quality coffee brand is looking for several Home-based Customer Service Representatives to work remotely from their home.  As a Customer Care Agent you will be managing Nepresso's new customers by welcoming them on the phone, opening their account, presenting the club, proposing assistance and taking the first order and ensuring their follow-up. You will be dealing with vending machine problems and answering about the progress of their repair.

To qualify for Nespresso's home based job you must have previous remote customer care experience and must live within commutable distance from San Francisco, CA. You will have to work in a call center for 6 months prior to work from a home set up. You must have a quiet home environment with a high speed internet access.

You must have excellent local language knowledge, good education, ability to multitask, attention to detail, flexibility and interest in Nepresso coffee and other products.
