Work from Home Customer Care Specialist - Bright Horizons

Bright Horizons, the provider of employer-sponsored child care, back-up care, early education is looking for Customer Care Specialist to take inbound calls to take reservations, scheduling appointments, informing services programs, policies, and procedures, documentation and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will answer calls and emails in a timely manner and supposed to maintain high-level of customer satisfaction.

You must commit to work 20 hours per weeks, fluent written and verbal communication skills, minimum typing speed of 35 wpm, exceptional customer service skills, able to multitask, be organized and a quick learner.

You must have dedicated home space to work with no distractions with high speed internet access.

You must live within a 1-hour driving distance of Broomfield, CO and able to attend a 1 week training at the Broomfield office.
