Apple Inc. is seeking home based Apple Care Advisor to provide troubleshooting and support for its hugely popular products from iPhones to desktop Macs. As an Apple Care Advisor you will be providing customer support, analyzing and resolving customer's technical issues.
You must be tech savvy, disciplined to work remotely, able to prioritize and manage time effectively, able to multitask across various applications, need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A quiet space in your home, high speed internet service of minimum download speed of 2 Mbps and a dedicated landline phone are mandatory requirements.
You need to complete compulsory 5 to 6 weeks of online training. You will work in flexible shifts that include weekends.
